Party Packages
How do your parties work ?
You book for the INVITED number of skaters on the party package but only pay for the actual number of skaters that attend the party with a minimum of 10 skaters.
Non-refundable deposit is $ 100 at the time of online booking then you pay the balance at the end of the party.
Glow Pizza Party
$ 259.50 plus tax for 10 skaters
$ 25.95 plus tax after 10 skaters
9 skaters plus birthday child

1 Glow necklace per skater
2 Slices of pizza and drinks for each skaters
1 – 12″ pizza for every 4 guests
Birthday Person receives 2 free skating passes for a future visit plus $ 5 in Stuff Shop dollars.
You bring the cake, serving knife, candles, matches, kids and party favors and guest list.
Additional Food and Drink Items may be purchased/added to your party.
We do not allow other food or drinks to be brought in besides a cake.
Sales tax is added to the final bill.
Pizza Party
$239.95 plus tax for 10 skaters
$ 23.95 plus tax each additional skater
All public parties are a minimum of 10 skaters
Reserved seating, party host, admission, & skate / inline rental for 2 hours.

2 Slices of pizza & drink, skating and rental included for each skater.
Birthday person receives 2 free skating passes for future visit plus $ 5 in Stuff Shop dollars

$199.95 plus tax for 10 skaters

Paper goods – plates, napkins, forks, cups
Decorated tables- balloons, tablecloths and birthday person’s name on table.
Vanilla ice cream cup and drink, skating and skate / inline rental.
Birthday person receives 2 free skating passes plus $ 5 in stuff shop dollars.
You bring the guest list, cake, serving knife, candles, matches, party bags
Additional food and drink items may be purchased / added to your party.
No other food or drinks may be brought in besides a cake.
Sales Tax is added to the final bill.
Pizza Public party guidelines
- Party time arrival is 15-20 minutes before scheduled party time.
- You may bring in other decorations or paper supplies, but no pinatas or confetti on the tables.
- Total skating & party time is 2 hours.
- All tables and seating areas must be cleared by the end of your party.
- All birthday parties are booked during public skate sessions.
- Reservations for private birthday parties may be arranged during non-public skating hours.
- Guest list is required by the day of the party, with list of invited skaters.
- You must email your guest list two days ahead of time to info@skatedairyashford.com
- You may bring your own cake but only if a party package is purchased, deposit has been made, and a reservation has been confirmed.
- You may bring in your own decorations, balloons, and paper goods for your party.
- No food or drink permitted into the building other than birthday cake (exceptions made for private parties)
- Final payment is due on the day of your party. Sales tax is added to the final bill. The $100 deposit is applied to the bill and the balance due may be paid with cash or credit card.
ADDITIONAL FOOD AND PARTY OPTIONS
- Skatemate Walker rentals: $5 each for 2 hours.
- 1-Topping 12 inch Pizza: $14 (cheese, pepperoni, or sausage)
- Supreme Pizza: $ 18 (bacon, peppers, onions, jalapeños, mushrooms, olives)
- Extra pitcher: $10
- Large bowl of popcorn: $7.00
- Hot dog / corn dog / funnel cake
- Bottled water: $2.00 or mini waters $ 12 for 24
- Ice cream cup: $1.50
