General Rules and Guidelines

• Customers must follow all posted and verbal rules
• Everyone renting skates must wear socks
• Fast, reckless, tag playing or skating in an unsafe manner is not allowed
• Gum is not allowed
• If you are Pregnant or have a serious medical condition or injury, you will not be allowed to skate
• Management reserves the right to refuse entrance to anyone for any reason
• No In & Out privileges or loitering around the building
• No outside food or drinks are allowed to be brought in
• No Refunds
• Everyone who enters must pay the general admission, parents not skating with their children may spectate at no charge
• We are not responsible for Accidents or Injuries
• Skate at your own Risk
• We do not allow Parents to carry small children while skating
• We do not allow smoking, e-cigs or alcohol in our facility
• You must trade in your shoes to rent skates
• Wheelchairs, Strollers, Push toys, skateboards, scooters are not allowed during public skating sessions ( exception made during Toddler Skate or Private Parties)

Dress Code

• No Bare or Exposed Midriffs
• Low Cut Jeans
• Saggy Pants
• Obscene or suggestive writing
• Revealing attire or will not be allowed to be worn inside our facility

Skating Floor Rules

• No fast skating
• No tag playing or chasing allowed at anytime
• All skaters must skate in the regular skating direction
• Children may not be carried by someone wearing skates\
• No food or drinks allowed on the skating floor
• All accidents must be reported to anagement & floor guard
• Wheelchairs, Strollers, Push toys, skateboards, scooters are not allowed during public skating sessions ( exception made during Toddler Skate or Private Parties)
